Every project begins with a complimentary discovery call to discuss your goals, vision, and project requirements. Following the consultation, a customized proposal will be provided based on the scope of work.

A project retainer is required to secure your project and is applied toward your final invoice.

Third-party costs, including permits, engineering, architectural services, and consultant fees, are not included in design fees.
