We will work to obtain quotes, discuss all applicable timelines, plan and track deliveries and go over costs with you.  We will work with the trades, contractors, etc., in the event of any challenges that may arise during the construction process.  We will strive to minimize delays and extra costs by ensuring that the design is effectively communicated and adheres to the project schedule.

With some help from you in the way of images, video and measurements, we will provide you with everything you will require to complete your project such as floor plans, elevations, design details, spatial layouts, selections for finishes, fixtures and lighting, furniture selections, color palette, professionally curated shopping list, specification sheets, etc.

 Our "Space Refresh" service was created for spaces in need of professional interior design advice with sourcing and re-styling .  This service is perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, restaurants, laundry rooms, rental suites and commercial spaces!!  We start by meeting with you, in-person or virtually, to discuss project  objectives, budget and vision for the space.  The design will be  presented to you as a rendering to help you visualize the space with  the changes.  Once you have made your final selections, with our  assistance,  you will be provided with the renderings of the space to  keep as well as a curated specification document that will list each item with all the relevant information so that you or your contractor can  purchase the items that you require for your Space Refresh!!  And the  best part, this can be completed virtually or on-site, so you do not  need to live locally!! 

This is our favorite type of renovation to execute and great way to add value to your home.   We provide 3D Renderings and Animations that truly make a project come to life with photo-realistic images.  3D Renderings and Animations are a very powerful visualization tool to assist in aiding our clients who struggle with visualizing the project.  This service is also utilized as a marketing or social media tool to advertise upcoming developments or projects.  

The 3D Renderings help immensely during the finishes stage of the design by allowing for different layouts,  materials, colors, furniture, etc., to be easily tested within the renderings.
